Motion Graphic Animation - We were commissioned by Rock Oyster Media to produce mesmerising, soothing motion graphics as part of a project for ITV. These are 75 minute programmes shown on their channels between the hours of 2am and 7am with the aim of helping viewers to relax, improve their wellbeing and help them to feel calm.
We were given a brief with words such as moody, serene, and uplifting as a jumping-off point for the types of graphics ITV was interested in. Our team brainstormed 3 colour pallets to fit this brief and created motifs of sensual, kaleidoscope, lava lamp, wavy lines, and nebula particles to be used throughout the programmes. We combined our colour pallets into the three keywords:
- Purples and greys - moody
- Turquoise and beige - serene
- Orange, yellow and reds - uplifting.
