Our vision and values are at the core and underpin everything we do, as our team are our greatest asset. We ensure everyone feels a valued and appreciated member of staff where we provide opportunities to learn and lead, where they feel their input is listened too and they are encouraged to discuss and voice opinion confidently. Managing Director

With over twenty five years’ experience in the animation and film industry, along with an RTS and AVA Platinum Award for animation, Dave’s creative thinking, drive and talent sits at the heart of Pushed; he has delivered beautiful animated and TV content for clients including the National Trust, BBC Teach, ITV, English Heritage, Equality and Human Rights Commission, Brittany Ferries, University of Exeter, City College Plymouth, James Martin and Ainsley Harriott to name only a few.

Karen Meadows

Marketing Director

Responsible for all media buying and project management at Pushed, keeping budgets, schedules and the team on track, Karen uses her experience gained in over thirty years, organising people and projects for various industries, including the Royal Air Force, the NHS and within the TV industry. She is also a proud bronze winner of the Internationally recognised Stevie Awards 2021 for "Female Executive of the Year - Business Services - 10 or less employees" and "Devon Women in Business - Female Employer of the Year 2023."

Matt Stewart-Tribe

Senior Motion Graphics Designer

Matt joined the Pushed team in May 2023. He is a remarkable illustrator whose passion for animation knows no bounds. He has a wealth of experience and a particular flare for complex 2D animation, breathing life into characters through captivating motion.

Motion Graphics Designer

Chris joined the Pushed team from Solent University in 2018, and is rapidly building up a reputation as an exceptionally skillful artist, with an excellent eye for detail when designing and creating scenes.

Motion Graphics Designer

Joe joined Pushed in 2018, bringing his extensive knowledge of motion graphics and editing skills to support the Plymouth team, and has been heavily involved in many of Pushed’s larger projects, including our recent work for the National Trust.

Jess joined Pushed in July 2023. After graduating with a First Degree Hons in animation and a keen eye for detail she enjoys creative storytelling by bringing static visuals to life and is another strong member of the team.
