This animation is created using three real life quotes from dads within the workplace to illustrate the struggles they’ve come up against during their careers. While this prejudice is a lot less obvious than it was several decades ago, it is still an issue that runs through the workplace experience and places an unnecessary burden of hardship on fathers. The clip was designed to inform viewers and motivate them to visit the website to take action against fatherhood forfeit. Animation provides a way to disseminate awareness of this plight to a wide audience, engaging them in the message and creating an emotional attachment that is much more likely to spur the audience to action than text alone.
