Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day, which takes place on Sunday, November 11, 2023, is a time to pay tribute to the brave men and women who have served in the Armed Forces and have sacrificed their lives so that we can live in freedom.  The day of honour and respect takes place on November 11th because, on that day at 11AM, the Armistice was signed that ended World War I and brought about a new era of peace. We must never forget the sacrifices that have been made for us, and Remembrance Day provides a chance to reflect on what has been done and given by so many brave individuals.

Pushed created this 2D animation to be published across social media to show respect for the Armed Forces on Remembrance Day. It incorporates the poppy within scenes of battle, and finally worn in the traditional place of the lapel as a symbol conveying the many emotions involved in Remembrance Day without needing words, text, or narration.
