Community isn’t just about where we live – it’s about the support we give and receive through all of life’s ups and downs.

As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, 12-18 May 2025, I’m reminded how powerful positive, supportive communities can be for our mental well-being. When we feel connected, seen and valued, it makes a real difference.

Connection. Compassion. Coping. Care. Community. These things are crucial – and I’m incredibly grateful to those who check in, show up and remind me of the strength we find in each other.
