This animation was produced in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator and created as a Welsh-language explainer video. As with the English version, explaining the Human Rights Tracker meant ensuring the highest level of online accessibility, in line with the WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Standard. This included considerations such as font size, on-screen duration, tone, and colour. Meeting these standards is essential for all EHRC animations.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is Great Britain’s national equality body. Their role is to ensure fairness across Britain by safeguarding and enforcing laws that protect people’s rights to fairness, dignity, and respect. One of the ways they do this is through the Human Rights Tracker, which helps people monitor whether the UK and Welsh governments are fulfilling their human rights obligations.
With video representing almost 80% of all online traffic, animated explainer videos remain one of the most cost-effective ways to communicate a branded message and that’s exactly what we do at Pushed.
