With a mindset of cultivating and expanding this community, Boatfolk runs events around the UK for people to sign up and get a taste for the adventure to be had out on the water. From training for beginners through expert sailors to the opportunity to meet and inspire the younger generation, their goal is to give people the confidence to be on the water.
Boatfolk commissioned a promotional video which would inspire those who are uncertain about joining in to take the leap and experience the adventures to be had amongst the waves. The resulting product is a light-hearted, upbeat video aimed at painting a picture of what the community entails for the younger generation. The best way to convince others to join the community is by showing them what they are missing out on, so Pushed utilised an artistic and lively combination of live action shots taken by both cameras and drones, which were then overlaid with animated text. The result is a fun, engaging animated video tailored to inspire others to want to join in all of the fun being had out on the water.
