Beacon Electrical

TV Advert Production Company South West - This 30 second animated TV commercial was designed to promote Beacon Electrical to their target audience and to specifically emphasise their current offer, delivery services, and the ease of online ordering and pricing. The company wished to highlight the major selling point of their unique location alongside their Internet prices in order to not only promote their current sale, but to grow their business by reaching potential customers beyond the sale. This animation was designed for their Winter sale in 2018 but was intentionally crafted in order to be easily updated for future projects and offers. The original animations were created in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Premier, allowing us to keep the raw files to be re-worked for different promotions in the future. This turned what would normally be a single-use animation into a long-term investment due to its ability to be used for future promotions, making the entire project much more cost effective. 

Beacon Electrical is a prime electrical wholesaler that has evolved into a premier retailer selling all aspects of electrical and gas products from light bulbs through to washing machines and televisions. Based and operating in Devon, they are a local business with access to the biggest brands with amazing prices because they are members of Euronics, Europe’s biggest independent buying group. Because of their growth and the subsequent brand access that they have, their claim of “local expert service with Internet prices” is a key aspect of their brand and selling point when advertising, so it was important that this be featured and clearly communicated in the animation.
