Pushed created this video as the third instalment of a three-part series using After Effects, Illustrator, and Premier. It details the importance and benefits of having open and productive conversations with staff as part of the employer\u2019s legal obligation to conduct an assessment of workplace risks in order to identify potential workplace adjustments required to support workers experiencing menopause and create an open dialogue to support all workers in the environment. This includes training, lunch and learn sessions, support group sessions, safe spaces, staff networks, and even informal conversations and reminders. Animation is uniquely suited to meet the needs of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, as animated explainer videos can easily distil complicated concepts into simple, digestible narratives that remain visually engaging to encourage longer retention.
