Live Action Video Production – The National Trust is looking to raise awareness about the development of the Buscot and Coleshill Estates as they undergo the process of historic and cultural preservation as it is slowly transitioned from agricultural farmland back to nature. These two very English villages are surrounded by fields, woodland spinney, water meadows and parkland and harken back to long-gone centuries when they sat as the forefront of industry in their respective regions. Perched on the West Oxfordshire border, these estates span 7000 acres of criss-crossed walks and family trails, sprinkled with picturesque wildflowers and natural streams. The National Trust is looking to return the site to nature, having previously been agricultural land. They are fulfilling their mission by planting more trees and hedgerows and reinstating wildflowers. This preserves the rich heritage and cultural land of the region and allows it to be maintained in a way that can be enjoyed by families and individuals for generations to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This video is one of two, used for promotional purposes explaining the area and the other is CGI and live action combined and is used for visualisation of how the site will change. Each video employs a visual and narrative aspect that come together to not only explain the aims of the National Trust in preserving the region, but also to allow the viewers to physically see the changes that are to be made in the region as trees grow up around streams and wildflowers proliferate.
